At Caring Smiles, we look forward to taking care of the oral health of you and your family. We are committed to providing you with compassionate and individualized attention. Our financial policy is based on an open discussion of our fees. You can find in-depth information on our financial policy here.
Charges for dental services are due at time of service, and we accept cash, check, debit cards, and most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Regardless of whether you have dental insurance or not, we will provide you with the best care possible. We’re happy to submit a claim to your insurance company. We encourage our patients to reach out to their individual insurance provider for details on what is covered before treatment. We want to help you maximize your insurance benefits, no matter what plan you have. If you need to make payments, we offer flexible financing through Lending USA or CareCredit for those who qualify.
Lending USA allows you to select low monthly loan payments over fixed terms of 3 or 5 years with only a soft pull on your credit to check your rates. You can take advantage of 6 months with 0% interest if you pay in full within 6 months. Pre-approval takes seconds. $1000 minimum treatment plan is required. To check rates or apply, click here.
CareCredit helps make dental care accessible! If you qualify for CareCredit financing, you may pay no interest if you pay in full within 6 months. CareCredit is a great way to spread out your payments over a period of time, ensuring that you don’t have to put your oral health on hold. To apply for CareCredit, visit their website here.
We love seniors! If you are over the age of 65 and are uninsured, we will give you a 5% courtesy discount for payments made in full by cash or check at the time of your service. This cannot be combined with the prepayment courtesy.
If you are under the age of 65 and are uninsured, we will provide you with a 5% courtesy discount when you prepay for treatment plans over $1,500 in full by cash or check before the time of your service.
For treatment over $1000, one-half of estimated patient portion may be made when the first appointment is scheduled and the second-half paid on or before the date the treatment is started.
